Returns

We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product should be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required

Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear may not qualify for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Opened haircare products
  • Personal care items
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • a damaged product,
  • incorrect item,
  • or defective package,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number,
  • clear photos/videos of the package and product.

We will review the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider

Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused from our side.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • defective items,
  • or incorrect orders received.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
